Please No Prevarication - Kaleeyah Quinata

What did I do!

Consternation left me drear;

I just wish I knew

Why he chose to unglue

The me I once held dear.

What did I do

To make all this anger boil and brew?

Why water is muddy that once was clear,

I just wish I knew.

So, I throw a shoe,

And he sips his beer.

What did I do?

I plead, can I just have a clue?

Unknowing and riddled with fear

I just wish I knew.

I can't seem to trace back why tears now imbrue.

I must have done something to end up here,

I beg to be told, what did I do?

I really just wish I knew (why I deserved what he put me through).
