The Vegetable Lamb of Tartary,

gown and trophy included.

The challenge:

To the death.

socking Max Plank in the jaw.

Andreas Vesalius screams foul play,

when Johannes Kepler withdraws.

Francis Bacon is throwing a fit,

he bites down on Einstein’s ear.

Thales of Miletus is nowhere around,

but of course he would go disappear!

Gregor Mendel beat Aristotle,

Alex cries “cheat!” from the stands.

At last Ibn Al-Haytham winner takes all,

and bows for his golden age fans.

But is he the first, the very beginner?

Well, I simply don’t know!

The scientific method asks repeat results,

So tune in for next week's show!
