CHIOMA ONWUKA OFODILE majoring in psychology and mining in creative writing at UAlbany. She was born and raised in Nigeria, which has shaped her passion for African storytelling in its complexity and beauty. She is immensely grateful for this opportunity and looks forward to a future of theatre, playwriting, and creative expression.
BILLY FEERICK is a senior from the Bronx studying theatre and business here at Ualbany. He has been writing plays for 5 years, and his plays have previously been featured at Ualbany’s Fresh Acts Festival and Capital Repretory Theatre’s Next Act! New Play Summit. This scene was written here on campus as a playwrighting exercise created by José Rivera for Billy’s Playwrighting II class. He is thankful to his friends, family, and professor Kate Walat for inspiring him to write.
